Minimum Booking Requirements
If you are booking with us, you must be 25 years of age or older. You will be required to provide the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Physical address
- Confirmed phone number
- Payment information
Photo of your government ID: This could be a drivers license, passport, or national identity card.
Rental Agreement and Security Deposit
You will be required to submit a signed rental agreement to us before we allow access to the home.
We require a security deposit to confirm your reservation in the amount of $500. This amount will be placed as a hold on your payment method. Once our host and cleaning team have walked the property after your departure and determined there are no concerns or damage to the home, the deposit will be released within 5 business days upon check out.
Renters wishing to avoid this deposit can also purchase short term renters insurance thru our preferred vendor, which protects both our guest and us.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that this is not a hotel, but a small, family owned vacation home, and we cannot easily write off lost income from cancellations, as do large hotels. Once you have reserved the home it is taken off the availability calendar and all inquiries for that period are turned away.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
For cancellations made under 30 days prior to the arrival date guest will be refunded ONLY if premises are re-rented by the HOST for the same period at the same rental amount. If re-rented for lesser amount, the difference between the lease rent and the lesser re-rent shall be refunded.
Travel insurance is recommended in the event a cancellation is necessary.
No Pets, No Parties, and No Smoking (in house)
We do not allow pets on the property. The property is a smoke free property. Smoking is permitted outside on the back patio, but no smoking inside the home. We do not allow guests to have parties or events on the property. If this policy is not adhered to by a guest, they will be a fine of $500 and/or loss of security deposit.
Guest Count
We have a guest maximum of 10. We do permit guests to visit during the day if you are in town visiting family, but this must be preapproved beforehand with host.
Check In And Check Out Times
Check in time is 4pm or later on day of arrival. Departure day check out time is 11am. If guests would like to request and early check in or late check out, please contact us immediately. We do our best to accommodate these requests depending if there are same day check in/check out overlaps with other guests.
