EXTERIOR

There are nine steps up to the door entrance of the house. The backyard is equipped to seat 10 comfortably around a propane firepit. The door to the backyard is through the kitchen and there are four steps going down to the patio area.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA

The living room includes a pullout sofa couch and two accent chairs along with a wall mounted television set. There are a variety of board games located in the tv console. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and seats six comfortably.

KITCHEN

The chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with seasonings, olive oil, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, air fryer, slow cooker, popcorn maker, serving trays, meat thermometer, cooking utensils, knife block, drip coffee machine, and a Keurig. Kirkland coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and a variety of tea is also stocked. There waterfall island comfortably seats four with the bar stools.

PRIMARY ROOM AND BATHROOM

Primary room has a king bed, a desk, a six drawer dresser, a closet, and a wall mounted television above the dresser. The attached primary bathroom includes a walk in shower and two sinks.

SECOND KING ROOM AND BATHROOM

The second room includes a king bed, a desk, a six drawer dresser, a closet, and a wall mounted television above the dresser. There is a small attached bathroom with a walk in shower.

ROOM WITH TWO TWIN BEDS

The third room contains two twin beds, a six drawer dresser and closet. There is no television in this room.

HALL BATHROOM

The hall bathroom adjacent to the room with the twin beds includes a bathtub.

BASEMENT LIVING AREA

The basement living area includes a sofa, table with three chairs, wall mounted television set, a kitchenette, and a game area. The kitchenette includes a full sized fridge, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, knife block, seasonings, a counter top microwave, and a Keurig machine. Kirkland coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and a variety of tea is also stocked. The game area includes a foosball table, connect four wall game, and a tic-tac-toe wall game.

BASEMENT BEDROOM

The basement bedroom includes a queen bed, a six drawer dresser, an open closet area, and a television.

BASEMENT BATHROOM

Basement bathroom includes a walk in shower.
